　　自參加工作以來(lái)，我遵守公司及所在項(xiàng)目部的各項(xiàng)規(guī)章制度，進(jìn)取服從領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的工作安排，圓滿(mǎn)完成工作任務(wù)，維護(hù)團(tuán)體榮譽(yù)，思想上要求提高，進(jìn)取響應(yīng)公司的號(hào)召，認(rèn)真貫徹執(zhí)行公司文件及會(huì)議精神。工作進(jìn)取努力，任勞任怨，認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)設(shè)計(jì)相關(guān)知識(shí)，不斷充實(shí)完善自我�，F(xiàn)將這一年工作簡(jiǎn)要評(píng)價(jià)如下。

　　一、政治、思想方面

　　我身著強(qiáng)烈的主人翁意識(shí)，隨時(shí)關(guān)注__公司發(fā)展，切身想到__公司、項(xiàng)目部及設(shè)計(jì)人員的利益，堅(jiān)定__公司會(huì)不斷的發(fā)展、壯大，對(duì)__公司的未來(lái)充滿(mǎn)了熱情與期望。自覺(jué)理解同事們的監(jiān)督和幫忙，堅(jiān)持不懈地克服自身的缺點(diǎn)，彌補(bǔ)自我的不足，從做好本職工作和日常工作入手，從我做起，從此刻做起，從身邊小事做起，并持之以恒，在本職工作中盡心盡力，孜孜不倦地作出成績(jī)，我要不斷的提高自我的崗位本領(lǐng)，努力精通本職的崗位知識(shí)，做本職工作的骨干和行家里手，腳踏實(shí)地的做好本職工作。

　　二、工作態(tài)度

　　無(wú)論在工作還是生活當(dāng)中，我一向相信一份耕耘，一份收獲，所以我一向在努力，不斷努力學(xué)習(xí)，不斷努力工作。熱愛(ài)自我本職工作能夠正確認(rèn)真對(duì)待每一項(xiàng)工作，工作投入，按時(shí)出勤，有效利用工作時(shí)間，堅(jiān)守崗位。工期緊，人員少，任務(wù)繁多，能夠做到跟班作業(yè)，保證按時(shí)完成檢驗(yàn)任務(wù)，保證工程檢驗(yàn)暢通，表現(xiàn)出我們?cè)O(shè)計(jì)人員職責(zé)心強(qiáng)，發(fā)揚(yáng)了我們?cè)O(shè)計(jì)人員連續(xù)工作、吃苦耐勞精神。

　　三、崗位職責(zé)

　　認(rèn)真貫徹國(guó)家有關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化，質(zhì)量管理體系，產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量監(jiān)督檢驗(yàn)以及研究開(kāi)發(fā)的方針政策;確實(shí)執(zhí)行本崗位負(fù)責(zé)監(jiān)督檢測(cè)的工程產(chǎn)品的有關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、設(shè)計(jì)方法及有關(guān)規(guī)定，做到所做每項(xiàng)檢驗(yàn)都有法可依。做好委托單理解，項(xiàng)目檢驗(yàn)，資料，反饋等工作，做好跟蹤臺(tái)帳，便于日后查閱。由于設(shè)計(jì)檢驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目多，項(xiàng)目檢驗(yàn)時(shí)間不一，提前將工作做到位，避免施工單位技術(shù)人員不了解工程檢驗(yàn)要求及技術(shù)指標(biāo)而延誤工期，影響進(jìn)度。我們?cè)O(shè)計(jì)人員貫徹質(zhì)量方針，落實(shí)質(zhì)量目標(biāo)，遵守規(guī)章制度，全心全意服務(wù)于施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)。

　　以上是我過(guò)去的一年來(lái)從事的主要技術(shù)工作的評(píng)價(jià)，經(jīng)過(guò)從書(shū)本、實(shí)踐、他人那里學(xué)習(xí)，再加之自我的分析和思考，必須程度上有了較以前較大的收獲和提高。成績(jī)和不足是同時(shí)存在的，經(jīng)驗(yàn)和教訓(xùn)也是相伴而行。我將繼續(xù)努力，克服不足，評(píng)價(jià)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，吸取教訓(xùn)，爭(zhēng)取以后把自我的工作做的更好。
