　　自參加工作以來，我遵守公司及所在項目部的各項規章制度，進取服從領導的工作安排，圓滿完成工作任務，維護團體榮譽，思想上要求提高，進取響應公司的號召，認真貫徹執行公司文件及會議精神。工作進取努力，任勞任怨，認真學習設計相關知識，不斷充實完善自我�，F將這一年工作簡要評價如下。

　　一、政治、思想方面

　　我身著強烈的主人翁意識，隨時關注__公司發展，切身想到__公司、項目部及設計人員的利益，堅定__公司會不斷的發展、壯大，對__公司的未來充滿了熱情與期望。自覺理解同事們的監督和幫忙，堅持不懈地克服自身的缺點，彌補自我的不足，從做好本職工作和日常工作入手，從我做起，從此刻做起，從身邊小事做起，并持之以恒，在本職工作中盡心盡力，孜孜不倦地作出成績，我要不斷的提高自我的崗位本領，努力精通本職的崗位知識，做本職工作的骨干和行家里手，腳踏實地的做好本職工作。

　　二、工作態度

　　無論在工作還是生活當中，我一向相信一份耕耘，一份收獲，所以我一向在努力，不斷努力學習，不斷努力工作。熱愛自我本職工作能夠正確認真對待每一項工作，工作投入，按時出勤，有效利用工作時間，堅守崗位。工期緊，人員少，任務繁多，能夠做到跟班作業，保證按時完成檢驗任務，保證工程檢驗暢通，表現出我們設計人員職責心強，發揚了我們設計人員連續工作、吃苦耐勞精神。

　　三、崗位職責

　　認真貫徹國家有關標準化，質量管理體系，產品質量監督檢驗以及研究開發的方針政策;確實執行本崗位負責監督檢測的工程產品的有關標準、設計方法及有關規定，做到所做每項檢驗都有法可依。做好委托單理解，項目檢驗，資料，反饋等工作，做好跟蹤臺帳，便于日后查閱。由于設計檢驗項目多，項目檢驗時間不一，提前將工作做到位，避免施工單位技術人員不了解工程檢驗要求及技術指標而延誤工期，影響進度。我們設計人員貫徹質量方針，落實質量目標，遵守規章制度，全心全意服務于施工現場。

　　以上是我過去的一年來從事的主要技術工作的評價，經過從書本、實踐、他人那里學習，再加之自我的分析和思考，必須程度上有了較以前較大的收獲和提高。成績和不足是同時存在的，經驗和教訓也是相伴而行。我將繼續努力，克服不足，評價經驗，吸取教訓，爭取以后把自我的工作做的更好。
