　　今年開始，我在某工程公司附屬單位ab公司進行了工商管理實習工作。在實習中，我在公司指導老師的熱心指導下，積極參與公司日常管理相關工作，注意把書本上學到的工商管理理論知識對照實際工作，用理論知識加深對實際工作的認識，用實踐驗證所學的工商管理理論，探求日常管理工作的本質與規(guī)律。簡短的實習生活，既緊張，又新奇，收獲也很多。通過實習，使我對日常管理工作有了深層次的感性和理性的認識。

　　在學習中做事。任何細節(jié)都有它的專業(yè)規(guī)律，任何人都有其獨特比較優(yōu)勢;養(yǎng)成個性謙虛才能不斷進步，踏實肯干才能表現(xiàn)專業(yè)。在中糧見習的期間內(nèi)，努力做好任何一件事情，專心記錄每一個積累。在人力資源部期間，與同事一起完成集團軍轉干招聘、特貼申報、京外調干、檔案數(shù)據(jù)完善等工作;在小麥加工事業(yè)部期間，負責文件取放，并與同事一起編寫單元x年度戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃。通過踏踏實實的做事，讓自己有了進步的機會，也讓自己感受到自己的價值所在。
