　　首先要自信并且淡定，面試面試，為什么要見面，就是面試官要看見你的整體，不單單是聽你的表述，還要感受你的狀態以及精神面貌。所以面試說話的時候談吐自然，自信，不慌張是基本。我遇見很多朋友，他們說中文的時候語速很正常，但是在說英語的時候不知道為什么語速特別快，可能是因為緊張，也可能是因為不自信，當然還有一種可能是英語太流利。但是要知道語速快并不代表英語好，你說話最基本的是要保證對方能夠聽清楚，并且聽得懂。所以第一重要是表述要清晰，不要慌張，有話好好說。

　　2.克服緊張

　　如果你一說英語就緊張，那么你就要多練習，找機會和和比你英語好的`人練習，記住一定要找比你英語好的人練習，只有當對方英語比你好，你才會暴露你的緊張，從而學習克服緊張，也只有對方英語比你好才會發現你的錯誤。然后我悄悄地告訴你，HR的英語或許還沒有你好，他們并不是X東方的口語老師也不是雅思考官，所以你放心，只要你稍微花點心思，HR英語面試這關是可以戰略性搞定的。不過你只可以在心理上輕視，不可以在準備過程中輕視。

　　和中國人面試發音好聽甚至可以彌補詞匯量的匱乏，如果你發音很準確，瞬間給人留下深刻印象，至少對我來說是這樣。但是發音好不好聽，這個還因人而異，所以每個人的喜好不一樣這個很難把握，就拿我個人來說，我喜歡英式英語，我有個朋友也喜歡英式英語，于是苦練英腔，其實并不建議，刻意的腔調很容易讓人聽出來，不過也可能能糊弄過去一些不太懂英語的人，這個因人而異。我更佳喜歡有自己說話腔調然后捎帶英式的口音，當然這一條對于很多想要快速搞定英語面試的人可能并不適合。但至少保證你的英語不要說出你的家鄉味就好。
