大家好!我叫,來(lái)自XX學(xué)校專(zhuān)業(yè)。我應(yīng)聘的職位是高中政治教師。經(jīng)過(guò)四年的認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)和不懈努力,我已經(jīng)做好準(zhǔn)備。我認(rèn)為作為中學(xué)政治教師至少要具備三個(gè)方面:一是教學(xué)能力,二是管理能力,三是熱愛(ài)教育、關(guān)愛(ài)學(xué)生。
下面我主要從三個(gè)方面來(lái)介紹:
第一,教學(xué)能力。
作為一名免費(fèi)師范生,我知道三尺講臺(tái)就是我們?nèi)松奈枧_(tái)。從入學(xué)的時(shí)候老師就告訴我,要想給學(xué)生一杯水,自己不但要有一桶水,而且還要是源頭活水,也就是持續(xù)學(xué)習(xí)的能力。四年來(lái),在學(xué)習(xí)上我從未敢松懈,成績(jī)也一直處于班里的`中上水平,大二學(xué)年拿到了專(zhuān)業(yè)獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金。除了修本專(zhuān)業(yè)的課程及閱讀相關(guān)書(shū)籍之外,我還選修了一些哲學(xué)課及社會(huì)學(xué)的課程,拓展了視野,鍛煉了思維能力。此外,我還積極參加學(xué)院舉辦的教師素質(zhì)比賽,教學(xué)實(shí)踐能力得到很大提高。
第二,管理能力。
從小學(xué)到高中我一直當(dāng)班干,在大學(xué)我主要是在社團(tuán)里做活動(dòng),先后擔(dān)任北師大農(nóng)民之子社團(tuán)宣傳部部長(zhǎng)、執(zhí)委等職務(wù)。任職過(guò)程中,我的管理能力得到了很大的鍛煉。本學(xué)期9月份到11月底,我參加了教育實(shí)習(xí),期間擔(dān)任實(shí)習(xí)小組長(zhǎng),負(fù)責(zé)與協(xié)調(diào)實(shí)習(xí)生與學(xué)校之間的各項(xiàng)工作。在這三個(gè)月中,我?guī)У陌嗉?jí)在多次量化評(píng)比中都取得比較好的成績(jī),連續(xù)幾周拿到了流動(dòng)紅旗。由此看來(lái),我的管理能力應(yīng)該能夠勝任班主任工作。
第三,熱愛(ài)教育、關(guān)愛(ài)學(xué)生
我熱愛(ài)教育事業(yè)。求學(xué)過(guò)程中我遇到過(guò)好幾個(gè)特別好的老師,他們給我的教育和關(guān)愛(ài)對(duì)我?guī)椭貏e大,所以教育的受益者,我愿意讓這份關(guān)愛(ài)薪火相傳。經(jīng)過(guò)三個(gè)月的實(shí)習(xí),我充分體會(huì)到了“愛(ài)”在教育中的作用。我們面對(duì)的是可塑性極強(qiáng)的中學(xué)生,需要我們付出愛(ài)心、耐心和責(zé)任心去澆灌,他們才會(huì)健康成長(zhǎng),祖國(guó)的明天才有希望。北師大的校訓(xùn)是:學(xué)為人師,行為世范。我更愿意把它和教育中的“真”和“愛(ài)”等理念結(jié)合起來(lái):師范者,愛(ài)講臺(tái);世范者,愛(ài)學(xué)生。因?yàn)閻?ài),所以會(huì)盡心盡力;因?yàn)閻?ài),所以樂(lè)在其中。

I am a third year master major in automation at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, P. R. China. With tremendous interest in Industrial Engineering, I am writing to apply for acceptance into your Ph.D. graduate program.
Education background
In 1995, I entered the Nanjing University of Science Technology (NUST) -- widely considered one of the China’s best engineering schools. During the following undergraduate study, my academic records kept distinguished among the whole department. I was granted First Class Prize every semester, and my overall GPA(89.5/100) ranked No.1 among 113 students. In 1999, I got the privilege to enter the graduate program waived of the admission test. I selected the Shanghai Jiao Tong University to continue my study for its best reputation on Combinatorial Optimization and Network Scheduling where my research interest lies.
Research experience and academic activity
When a sophomore, I joined the Association of AI Enthusiast and began to narrow down my interest for my future research. In 1997, I participated in simulation tool development for the scheduling system in Prof. Wang’s lab. With the tool of OpenGL and Matlab, I designed a simulation program for transportation scheduling system. It is now widely used by different research groups in NUST. In 1998, I assumed and fulfilled a sewage analysis dispose project for Nanjing sewage treatment plant. This was my first practice to convert a laboratory idea to a commercial product.
In 1999, I joined the distinguished Professor Yu-Geng Xis research group aiming at Network flow problem solving and Heuristic algorithm research. Soon I was engaged in the FuDan Gene Database Design. My duty was to pick up the useful information among different kinds of gene matching format. Through the comparison and analysis for many heuristic algorithms, I introduced an improved evolutionary algorithm -- Multi-population Genetic Algorithm. By dividing a whole population into several sub-populations, this improved algorithm can effectively prevent GA from local convergence and promote various evolutionary orientations. It proved more efficiently than SGA in experiments, too. In the second semester, I joined the workshop-scheduling research in Shanghai Heavy Duty Tyre plant. The scheduling was designed for the rubber-making process that covered not only discrete but also continuous circumstances. To make a balance point between optimization quality and time cost, I proposed a Dynamic Layered Scheduling method based on hybrid Petri Nets. The practical application showed that the average makespan was shortened by a large scale. I also publicized two papers in core journals with this idea.
I hope to study in depth
In retrospect, I find myself standing on a solid basis in both theory and experience, which has prepared me for the Ph.D. program. My future research interests include: Network Scheduling Problem, Heuristic Algorithm research (especially in GA and Neural network), Supply chain network research, Hybrid system performance analysis with Petri nets and Data Mining.
