　　二、當(dāng)好“服務(wù)員”。餐飲部的領(lǐng)班，除了為領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和同事們服務(wù)，更重要的是為顧客服務(wù)，提升餐飲部的接待能力.當(dāng)好“協(xié)調(diào)員”。餐飲部工作分工細(xì)，環(huán)節(jié)多，一項(xiàng)工作的完成有賴于各部門之間的協(xié)調(diào)合作。餐飲部領(lǐng)班就是這個(gè)“協(xié)調(diào)員”。一是與廚房做好溝通聯(lián)系，協(xié)調(diào)酒店服務(wù)與廚房之間的聯(lián)系，調(diào)解進(jìn)餐中各種矛盾和糾紛。二是做好與服務(wù)員的溝通聯(lián)系，充分發(fā)揮一個(gè)集體，一個(gè)團(tuán)隊(duì)的重要因素。

　　三、是做好與顧客的溝通聯(lián)系，認(rèn)真聽取顧客意見，不斷改進(jìn)服務(wù)工作，
